比賽規定

根據本會規定本會所有職業及業餘選手參加之比賽,必須為本會認可註冊比賽。任何未獲本會認可註冊之比賽,本會職業及業餘會員均需申請後獲本會批准後方能參賽、出任裁判或表演。

  • 青少年及校際選手( 16歲以下 )參加本會及認可註冊比賽組別四/五項雙項必須考獲金章、三項必須考獲銀章、雙項必須考獲銅章,方能參賽。

2025.9– 2026.8 校際及初級組指定步法
1. 此步法在2025年9月1日起方能生效;
2. 所有舞步須完成 1st後重覆 或 1st + 2nd後重覆。

  Rumba (雙人)
1st: Closed Basic Movement (2 bars) – Shoulder to Shoulder (2 bars) – Hand to Hand (2 bars) – Spot Turn L & R (2 bars)
2nd: Open Hip Twist (2 bars) – Hockey Stick (2 bars) – New York (1 bar) – Cuban Rock(1 bar) – New York (1 bar) – Alternative Basic (2 bars)
  Tango (雙人)
1st: LF RF Walk (SS) – Progressive Link (QQ) – Closed Promenade (SQQS)
2nd: LF RF Walk(SS) – Promenade Link(SQQ) – Open Reverse Turn Lady Outside(QQSQQS) – LF Walk(S) – Natural Rock Turn(SQQSQQS)
  Cha Cha Cha (單人 男或女)
1st: Open Basic (2 bars) – New York (2 bars) – Shoulder to Shoulder (2 bars) – Underarm Turn to L& R (2 bars)
2nd: Open Hip Twist (2 bars) – Alemena (2 bars) – Closed Hip Twist ended in Open Position (2 bars) – Chase(4 bars)
